Bainne Bia Whey Permeate is a high lactose dairy ingredient produced through the removal of protein and other solids from whey via ultrafiltration process.

Bainne Bia Whey Permeate contains at least 75 % lactose, a maximum of 7.5 % ash and between 2 – 7 % protein.

Bainne Bia Whey Permeate provides cost-effective functional and flavour benefits to food. Bainne Bia Whey Permeate may be used in several applications where lactose or whey are used.

Bainne Bia Whey Permeate is suitable for applications in bakery, chocolate and confectionery, dry mixes, dairy preparations, soups and sauces, seasoning, beverage.

Bainne Bia Whey Permeate has 12 months shelf-life and is available in big bags and 25 kg bags.
